Website Orders

**We do not offer site operation courses or manuals! Please make sure you are familiar with how to operate and manage your site before booking**

You will receive an email that includes a website checklist after purchase. Please look for this email within 24 hours after purchase. Please return the requested documentation back to me as soon as possible. The start of your project can not begin until we have received everything requested from you.

Logo Orders

Logo files are sent in the following format:  PNG, JPG, and PDF. 

AI or PSD files are sent for an additional $10 fee.

Payment Methods

You can submit your payment through our website or contact us for other payment options. Payments are due in full before we  can add you to our work que.

TurnAround Time

*Turnaround time does not include weekends or holidays*

Turnaround time is listed in each listings description box. Please read the descriptions for the most accurate information. Below is a estimated processing time schedule. 

Web Design- 10-14 Business days from the time all documentation requested from us has been submitted. 

Logo Design- 5-7 Business Days from the time all requested documentation requested from us has been submitted. 

Backdrops & Banners 7-10 Business Days

Flyers/Digital Designs- 5-7 Business days

IG Makeovers- 7-10 Business Day after requested documentation from us has been submitted. 

Digital Party Favors- 7-10 Business Days 

All other items not listed- See product description

Turnaround times can be extended if there is a high volume of orders, illness, natural disasters, etc. Customers will be notified at that time if there is a delay.

***Please DO NOT book if our turnaround time does not fit your schedule. Rush service is available for an additional $25 fee ***

PROOFS

Once you receive your proofs from us, look them over for any errors. You will have 2 business days to approve or let us know of any errors. If we do not hear from you by the 3rd day, we will assume everything is correct and proceed with the order.

 *No changes will be allowed after the 2-day approval time has passed* 

REVISIONS

You are allowed 2 revisions. All revisions thereafter will be charged an additional fee of $10 per revision.

DIGITAL FILES

DIGITAL FILES ARE EMAILED PDF FILES ONLY! NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT/PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED.

Printing paper is your own personal preference, but our suggested paper type is glossy brochure or photo paper. You may choose to print from home or use your local Office Depot, FedEx, Staples...etc.!

Please note, most big office print shops will not print items with licensed characters on them. Before purchasing and needing to print at one of these locations, confirm first that they allow it.

DIGITAL PARTY FAVORS:

We will display our company name under all items that display a barcode.

Colors may display differently from monitor to monitor. This may cause your printed design to differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

Colors may be darker or brighter on certain items depending on paper types. Regular paper may look dull compared to glossy paper. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing digital files to print on your own.

Communication

All communication  is done via email. At this time we do not offer phone calls/phone consults. All communication must have a paper trail to best help us and all clients.
