Ghost Clients
When you have a delay in returning requested documentation the completion date of your project will change. Please communicate with us so we can discuss options/push scheduling back. We understand life happens but we just ask that we keep communication open.
If we do not hear from you after 90 working days, there will be an additional fee of $100 to get added back on our schedule. On day 91, your project will be forfeited and closed if we have not heard from you.
Please note, we will adhere and enforce this policy! Absolutely no exceptions!
