A: NO, NOT AT THIS TIME.
Q: WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
A: AT LEAST 15 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

**MAKE SURE THE PICTURE (S) ARE OF GOOD QUALITY. DO NOT SEND ANY CUT OFF PICTURES (HAND, FEET, TOP OF HEAD….ECT). IF THE SENT PHOTO (S) ARE BLURRY, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL OR BY PHONE TO REQUEST A NEW ONE. WE MAY ALSO REQUEST A NEW PHOTO TO HELP MATCH THE THEME **
Q: HOW MANY PICTURES CAN BE USED?
A: 2 SUBMITTED PICTURE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. EACH ADDITIONAL PHOTO USED WILL INCUR A $5 ADD ON FEE. THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE BILLED VIA INVOICE.
Q: DO YOU OFFER REVISIONS?
A: YES, WE DO. YOU ARE ALLOWED 2 REVISIONS PER ORDER. ALL MINOR REVISIONS THEREAFTER WILL INCUR A $10 REVISION FEE. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A COMPLETELY NEW DESIGN REVISION, YOU WILL INCUR A $20 NDR FEE.
Q: CAN I RUSH MY ORDER AND SHIPPING?
A: YES, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. ALL RUSH ORDERS WILL BE BILLED A RUSH FEE OF $25. TO UPGRADE THE SHIPPING, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE DIFFERENCE IN COST TO UPGRADE SHIPPING. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL OR TEXT LETTING YOU KNOW WHAT THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES ARE. ONCE YOU AGREE, WE WILL SEND YOU A FINAL BILL VIA INVOICE. INVOICE MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS.
