Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun.
Shipping
Please note this is ONLY for those who have ordered items that need to be shipped.
All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are flat rate and range from $8-$20 depending on weight.
Orders over $150 ship free with code DBLN.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Processing + Standard Shipping = 7-10 Business Days typically unless stated otherwise in product description. Our product description shipping time frames are the most accurate so please order based on each item's description time frame.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
We stress the importance of a complete address including street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we will have to charge a $10.00 additional shipping fee to reship your order. This includes orders that qualify for free shipping.
Please note that due to COVID-19 there ARE shipping delays and delivery dates are estimated dates and can be delayed beyond that time. It is completely out of Designs by Latonya Nicole's control.
